The quality of “Biolaz-Oberon” apparatus in cooperation with the State institution for certification and independent expertise has assessed , which was produced by “Center of Information Technologies “Nelian”” Ltd. The expertise showed that the present apparatus is a forged device and doesn’t function as stated. The diagnostic software “Dianel”, which accompanies the apparatus, is in fact a stolen and hacked program “Metapathia”, whose intellectual rights holder is the Institute of Practical Psychophysics. All materials concerning the selling of the forged production by “Center of Information Technologies “Nelian” Ltd. and illegal use of intellectual property have been passed to the Office of Public Prosecutor of Russia!
